Community workshops that support healthy living

Living Well is a six-week community workshop in English and Spanish. It helps people of all ages who are living with ongoing health conditions.

Healthy Lifestyles for People with Disabilities is a three-day workshop. It takes a holistic approach to health. Participants learn from peers, try new exercises and set wellness goals.
